COLS & CLIMBS
The following are some of the nearby climbs and cols.
Col de la MadeleineThe Col de la Madeleine will feature in the 2010 Tour de France, the 23rd time it will have appeared on the tour. It climbs up from Aigueblanche to a height of 2000m over a distance of 28km.

Courchevel
This climb also features regularly on the Tour de France. The Courchevel valley is next to the valley des allues(Meribel valley) so easily accessible from the chalet. The classic climb is 22km and ends at the Courchevel Altiport.

Pralognan
This is a local climb, easier than most of the others featured here but a nice ride nonetheless. The cycle up from Moutiers is 26km with a few short descents along the way, climbing to 1425m. The peaks on the way up and around Pralognan are spectacular, it is a popular resort with the French.
